ACNE

Acne is a skin disease affecting about 90% of teenagers and 50% of adults [1]. It can take many forms, from inflamed cystic acne to non-inflamed whiteheads. The causes of acne are not known, but increased hormone production during puberty and genetics seem to play a role. Diet has been a controversial topic, but there is mounting evidence that high carbohydrate intake can also aggravate the condition [2].

ACNE REGIMEN

1. Use CLNS every morning and evening, avoiding any form of scrubbing or mechanical exfoliation.

2. Use RETIN every evening, exfoliating the skin and balancing sebum production.
3. Use BENZD as a spot treatment or preventatively if you have severe acne.
4. Use SALIC every morning if 1, 2 and 3 are not effective enough or not well tolerated. Some people will respond better to Salicylic Acid than Benzoyl Peroxide or Retinol.
