Acne is a skin disease affecting about 90% of teenagers and 50% of adults . It can take many forms, from inflamed cystic acne to non-inflamed whiteheads. The causes of acne are not known, but increased hormone production during puberty and genetics seem to play a role. Diet has been a controversial topic, but there is mounting evidence that high carbohydrate intake can also aggravate the condition .
1. Use CLNS every morning and evening, avoiding any form of scrubbing or mechanical exfoliation.
2. Use RETIN every evening, exfoliating the skin and balancing sebum production. 3. Use BENZD as a spot treatment or preventatively if you have severe acne. 4. Use SALIC every morning if 1, 2 and 3 are not effective enough or not well tolerated. Some people will respond better to Salicylic Acid than Benzoyl Peroxide or Retinol.
